PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE

I had ordered two apple watches. None of them were delivered. I was promised for a full refund for both the products. However, I have only received refund of 232$. The amount of second watch that is 285$ has still not been processed. It’s been more than a week now. What is the issue? When I call them, they put me on hold. When I try to chat with them using online chat, they end the chat abruptly. This is such pathetic customer service. This is my money and they are not even bothered to reply to me let alone give my money back.

Welcome to our forums! Getting a refund for a lost delivery should be easy, so I can understand your concern.

I’ll be happy to take a closer look into this matter and offer any additional assistance I can, however, I’m hoping you can provide me with a few pieces of additional information before I’m able to do so.  If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your order number

 

This should be enough for me to begin my research, and hopefully get you the assistance you’re looking for.

I am unable to send you a private message as they are giving me an error of number of sending private messages exceeded but the fact is i have sent you none so how is this possible? Right here is another pathetic service provided by you.

The private message was not at all useful. The agent did not provide me with any solution. This is a scam.

Its been more than a week since you have said you will provide with a refund. When i contacted the team they said it will take upto 48 hours for the refund to be processed. However, it has been more than a week. The agent promised me a refund for both the items since I accepted that solution. But you are just being incorprative and not at all helpful. At least give me a confirmation of the refund on email. I cannot wait any longer as its been more than a month. The agent promised me to solve the matter within 2 days why are you all taking so long? This is like harassment. This is my money are you not helping me get my money back.
