I am so annoyed right now! I recently ordered the Rownenta steamer had it shipped to the store for pickup. Since they didn't have it in the store I had to wait 5 days. This morning I drove 25 minutes to go pick up the item drove 25 back home. Excited to unpack and use the item and when I unpacked the box, the bags inside had been opened before, then the sticker on the steamer was taken off and put back on. I did care until I SAW WATER IN THE STEAMER! Obviously it has been used before... If it was something else maybe I wouldn't have been this annoyed but when it comes to a steamer, I do not know how sanitary the person before was... I paid a full price not a USED price... definitely returning it back, but just ruined my plans. Not sure if I will repurchase from best buy. Very disappointed...
