Overdue item appears not to have shipped yet

I placed an order on 3/17 and paid for expedited shipping, for delivery by 3/20/20. I received one part of the order on 3/19/20, and a notification that the other part shipped on 3/17/20. It was listed as out for delivery yesterday 3/20/19 when tracked through the best buy website, but when I track on the UPS site, it says the shipment has not arrived at UPS yet. I did not receive the item yesteday. For some reason there also appears to be a USPS tracking number attached to this part of the order. Online chat does not work, and there is a four hour wait for phone customer service. I would just like to know the status of my item. Thank you.

There's little I abhor more when shopping online than to have an order delayed. I regret that this has been the case with your recent order.
