Overcharged without consent

I bought a phone on Best Buy for a Christmas gift. I paid the sales tax of 69.00 and the rest would be on my sprint bill. As I search my bank account I notice an additional charge for 75.00 from Best Buy. When I look up my order online it shows a total charge of 144 the combined total. But I never authorized the additional 75.00. When I call the wait time is almost 2 hours. What do I do? They can’t add an additional charge can they? I never received an additional email letting me know they charged me. I’m ready to return everything and never shop with Best Buy again.
