I placed an order a few months ago for a Playstation 5 while BestBuy.com was experiencing issues with their website. The order was placed when the tax system was offline and I was charged the incorrect tax rate for this order as my zip code contains multiple taxing jurisdictions. My sales tax rate for where I live is about 4% however I was charged the highest tax rate for my zip code which is about 7% instead. If I wanted to place another order for a item that is currently in stock, it is reflecting the correct sales tax rate. Could someone assist me with getting a refund of the amount I was overcharged for in tax?
