Over charged

Hi I have a question about an order I made back in September 2019. I know it’s been awhile but I just noticed when I was looking over old email receipts. I was over charged by almost $300. Is there anything I can do about this or has it been to long since the order? I do still have the order receipt.

Thank you for stopping by our community forums. $300 is quite a bit of money and I know I would want to get this figured out if I was in your situation. I would be happy to take a closer look into this to see what options we may have to assist you with this.
