Over 36 hours and have not received Apple Gift Card

Hi,

I purchased the apple gift card on best buy, but I still haven't received it 36 hours later. The status of the order is still pending.

BestBuy order status page shows : "Order Received", "We'll email you when it's ready." and I don't receive the gift card yet.

As a person who enjoys the convenience afforded by ordering gift cards online, I see how not receiving your gift card is not an ideal situation to have occur.
