Hi I ordered a $100 apple gift card (digital delivery) on Nov.24th, I immediately got Best Buy Order Confirmation email but no email for the gift card after that. I checked my junk folder but I couldn't find it.
I entered my order info to the order serch page : https://specialtyegc.bestbuy.com/home.html but I got "Your digital product was not found with the information you entered.
I contacted my credit card company and confirmed if my credit card have any issue or any authorization issue but support staff I spoke with on the phone didn't find any issue with my card.
BestBuy order status page shows : "Order Received", "We'll email you when it's ready." and I don't receive the gift card yet.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me with this - thank you.

Hi Vanessa, I sent you privatemessage - as explained in message, I finally received all other emails include apple e-gift, trial Apple music, news+, tv+, and bestbuy promotional $15 e-gift card. Thank you very much.
