I ordered a Bowflex bench from the web site advertised as free shipping. Ignorantly I checked delivery instead of store pickup. Eventually the BB driver left the bench at the UPS store where I receive all my packages because of theft. This is about a ten minute drive from the Best Buy store. For this they charged me $69.99 for delivery. This is an outrageous overcharge for driving a box ten minutes from the store. They did nothing else, no assembly, no installation, just leave the box. This is shipping by my definition. I didn't see any place on the web site where they mentioned the extra charge so as far as I'm concerned this is fraud. If a charge had been mentioned I would have just picked the bench up at the store.
I plan to let the world know about this so nobody else makes my mistake.

Depending on the product, there is sometimes a charge for delivery services. Although it sounds like there is a Best Buy store in your neighborhood, that is not necessarily where the product may have been sourced from. During checkout, the delivery charge should have been visible.
