Everytime I log into my account on my iPad or iPhone, the screen goes white and can't see my orders or payment methods or anything. I've tried erasing the website data. I just don't know what is going on?

How old is your iPad?
When is the last time you updated the iOS on your iPad. You can try with that first.
Also, go into the App Store and see if there is an updated version of the web app.
I do not think it is an issue with the web site.
I just logged in to make sure with my iPhone.

If that does not resolve this, we would recommend deleting the Best Buy app on these devices and reinstalling the app, as this can help resolve these issues that you are facing. If needed, I would also recommend trying to visit our website via a different device, such as a laptop, to see if that works without issue.
