Orders keep getting cancelled

I ordered 10 laptops about a month ago. Only 7 showed up to our business so I contacted Best Buy support, they told me to contact local law enforcement and the shipper, which I did. UPS was unable to find the packages.

 

I haven't heard from anyone in the fraud department but over the past 2 weeks or so any time I try to order something it gets cancelled within 5 minutes. I called in to Best Buy support a few times and was finally told there is a hold on my account until this fraud claim was cleared up which could take up to 15 business days. It's been frustrating that something out of my hands has been keeping me from ordering neccessary equipment for the business.I'll post the order # below, please let me know what is going on and if you're able to clear my account so I can start ordering online again, thank you very much!

One other thing. Unless you have a business account, ordering that many laptops may trigger a warning at Best Buy that is fraud. The typical customer does not order that many laptops at one time so it could be the reason your account is flagged.

And sign up for a free business account and you could potentially qualify for volume discounts.

Thanks for the reply! I am a Best Buy for Business user and often use them but for this order I was in a rush and they were in stock, I'll keep waiting to hear from someone who can help me clear this up, thanks though!

It's frustrating indeed to not have a full order show up--I've had it happen too--but to encounter difficulties on the way to a resolution just adds unwanted icing to the proverbial cake. I regret that this has been your experience.
