Orders immediately cancelled Unable To Verify Information

I am an Elite member. Whenever I place an order online it gets cancelled immediately with the following message

"Unfortunately, we were unable to verify your information, so we canceled item(s) from your order."

 

It does not say what information it could not verify. This has been happening for last 2 and half months and Best Buy could not solve anything. Customer service is so poor that I am frustruated to call them even. There is an investigation opened on my case, but no updates or progress being made. Black friday is around, the only way I can buy is running to a store which I really hate it.

 

Can someone solve my problem?

Welcome to our community forums. I know I do quite a bit of online shopping at this time of year so I can understand how frustrating it would be for your orders to be cancelled and not know why.
