I've tried to figure out why my purchases online always get cancelled. I've contacted best buy on the phone/live chat - I've tried all the payment methods/contacting my bank but it seems to be an issue on Best Buys side, this has been going on for over 4 months now. I can only make purchases in-store; not online making my Total Tech useless as most of the things I would purchase were online.
What am I supposed to do? Why are all my orders being cancelled within a few minutes? My credit card, billing information, and shipping address is all the same and correct. I've only purchased 4 things in the past with no issue, but now it's all being cancelled.
