I have tried to place several orders on Besybuy.com and they have been canceled. I've tried to contact both phone and chat support, neither of which have been useful in telling me anything more than the system is unable to verify infomation.
I have verified all infomation I am able to access and edit to bve sure it is all correct, and I have tried using more than one payment method all leading to being unable to order anything on bestbuy.com.
I've seen this subject numerous times but none of thos threads had a posted solution just a request for a private message. I'm hoping that posting will grant me the opportunity to PM one of the Bestbuy reps and get my issue resolved.

After being told to wait for a response from the "back end" I received an email asking if your responses had resolved my issue. The answer is a resonding NO. I have yet to hear from anyone regarding my issue and would prefer to have all futher communication in public(unless personal information is required). I want the rest of the 700 plus folks that have viewed my issue in hopes of a resolution to see what's said in regards to why my orders keep getting canceled.
