I am starting to get extremely frustrated with the customer service line. One you can't understand a word they say on the phone, two I get transferred to another department or they put me on hold for 10 min three I get hung up on and no call back. I have been told twice that my card is fine and I go to order something and it still gets canceled. I can get a answer out of another through the customer service line! They say they update information and I call back and it's the same as what it was before I called. Online everything is correct but still can't order anything. I would like this to get figured out ASAP because this is super frustrating not getting answers on why I my card doesn't work.
