Orders canceled “could not verify information”

Just recently my Best Buy card has stopped working for online purchases. I can still use it in store but any online order I place automatically cancels, and says could not verify info. I’ve already triple checked all of my billing info with Best Buy and Citibank but nobody can tell me why it’s not working. Is anybody else having this issue or know of a solution???

Thanks so much for joining the Best Buy Community forums. Cancellations like this can be caused by a number of things, so I'll need to review your orders to see if I can determine what may be stopping them from going through.

 

Please send in a private message through the link in my signature. If you include your name, email address, phone number, and the order number from the first cancelled order,I'll check it out and see if I can find out why the orders won't go through.
