Orders being canceled

I am an elite member and looking to purchase quite a few things to take advantage of the great prices offered today. I am however very disappointed because my orders keeps getting canceled. I have talked to the banks and my shipping and billing address are the same. Some orders are going through but high value items keep getting canceled. 


Please help me .. I need to order 2-3 laptops today.

If you look into my account, then you will see several others getting canceled. Please help!!!

Welcome back to our Forums and thank you for writing to us about your orders. I am sorry to hear that they have been cancelled and you haven't been able to determine why. We work hard to make online purchases quick and easy so I am disappointed to hear that has not been your experience so far. I am happy to look in to this to see how I can assist you. 


Using the information you provided I was able to take a look in to your orders. I see that you have contacted our customer service line and they have launched several investigations in to the reason why these orders have been cancelled. I would recommend letting this investigation process so our support team can determine the reason for these cancellations. These investigations can take three to five days so I would recommend visiting your local Best Buy store to get these deals before they expire!
