Hello, My orders are getting cancelled automatically. I believe my account has been flagged which is probably related to an issue I had with an order. I had originally thought that Fedex misdelivered my package (which they did) but it was later retrieved and then delivered by an associate of mine at the business address.
Is there a moderator that could help me get my account status restored?

I'm a fellow customer just like you and I'm having the same exact issue that you're having. I had an issue with my package delivery over the summer of this year and it was marked delivered even though I didn't receive it and Best Buy basically told me to contact local law enforcement and the carrier to sort out my issue even though their hands were also tied. Almost a month later, I finally got my package and informed Best Buy that my issue got resolved. But now, my account likely got flagged too as I can't place any orders online for shipping or in-store pickup without them being automatically canceled by the system within seconds. I have been in touch with customer service and also researching how to fix this issue with zero luck at all. I created my own thread and even private messaged the Best Buy Corporate employees and everyone has been unhelpful. Bets Buy doesn't seem to value or care about its customers anymore. Never got my issue resolved and I'll likely have no choice but to shop elsewhere.
