I've been trying to make an online purchase for over an hour now, and keep getting my orders cancelled after my card gets charged, saying that it's somehow unable to verify my information. I would have hoped that it would check that stuff before and not after the charge gets sent. I called the support number that was provided with the notifications when the orders got cancelled, and the automated system was useless for this situation, and was trying to talk to me about some other order from a while ago. None of my information has changed since last time, what's the deal?
