Orders Cancelled for months now



For months now I have been dealing with the inability to place online orders either for shipping or pickup at For several months, any time I place an online order they would get canceled shortly after placing them. I could not activate store pickups or ship to home. I am able to walk into a store and purchase something and use my rewards (Im MyBestBuyElitePlus) but no such luck online.


Today, I tried to place another online order and now the system is denying all my cards. I checked with my bank and they said they had received no transactions and that there were no blocks on my card and plenty of funds to cover the transaction. I switched to Paypal for the order, and the order went through, only to be canceled again stating there was a problem with my payment method. I checked to see that Paypal did show a pending transaction and that it was then canceled by Bestbuy. I've tried multiple different cards with plenty of funds and attached to my name and billing address. No luck. It seems as though Bestbuy has blacklisted my account from making online purchases. I called two months ago after I bought a TV for pickup (bundled with a free Google Home Mini). I was able to pick up the order but when I returned to pick up the Mini, the order canceled as soon as the associate scanned the item. I never got the Google Home Mini, and after calling Bestbuy I was flipped between a few departments and no one seemed to know what the issue was. Finally, one associate said that they would email within two weeks to help clear up the problem. I never heard back from.

I hope I can get this resolved because I love to shop at Bestbuy, I'm a former employee, and willl happily continue to shop here if the issue can be resolved.

Welcome to our community forums. As someone who mainly shops online, I can understand how frustrating it would be to have your orders cancelled as soon as you place them. I would be happy to take a closer look at this to see if I can provide some additional details as to why this is happening.
