I have just turned 18 recently and my mother allowed me to buy a computer for my birthday, I picked one out (Msi gs65 stealth, equipped with an RTX 2060, 512gb SSD and an i7-8750H, which happened to be $500 off). After ordering, however, the order was immediately canceled, so I called the support number listed. I had an awful experience with the support team, it just extremely hard to understand what they were saying and they just kept asking me for irrelevant information. Eventually, they ask me to check with my bank to see if all the information was up to date, which it was, no problem there. So I figure I should probably just try to order it again, but instead of using my account I tried as a guest, with the exact information that was on the card and it just gave me the same verification error, I even tried with PayPal and it just gave me the same error. Then I looked to the forums and saw that someone else had the exact same problem as me but his problem was solved when I clicked to see what the solution was it just displayed a team member telling the person to message them privately, no answers there. So I kept searching the forums, after a bit of digging I heard someone theorize that BBY might actually just ban the card for multiple days, so you can't order, and that trying to order more might prolong the ban, So now I'm at a loss, and what I'm really asking is if there is a manual way for the BBY support team to lift the ban, or if I should just look somewhere else.

Welcome to the Best Buy Community forums, and happy birthday!
Orders can be cancelled for a variety of reasons, and so I'd need to check out your specific orders to see what may be going on here. I see that you also sent in a private message about this. I'll shortly be sending a reply to that message to go over the details I'll need to start this investigation.
