A few days ago, I ordered two items to be shipped to my house. However, upon receiving the package, I noticed that only one of the items was in the box. I looked at the UPS package tracking to see if there would be two different packages, but the email said that there is only one box.
What are the steps that I should take to resolve this issue? Any help would certainly be appreciated.
