I ordered a Nintendo Switch Super Mario Odessey bundle from the website and chose same day delivery yesterday at 12:15 pm on 11/4/17. I still have not recieved it as of today 11/5 and according to the order tracker it is still on preparing. I just would like to know if it is coming today or maybe if I can get a refund if it isnt coming at all. Any help would be appreiciated.

Welcome to the forums and thanks for posting! I’m very excited that Best Buy is able to offer same-day delivery and I’m super disappointed to hear that you didn’t receive your Switch as expected. I’ll do my best to look into this.
Using the information you provided when you registered for the forums, I believe I was able to pull up your account. It looks like you have already called in to our customer care line requesting to cancel the order. I’m working on fast-tracking this process to initiate a refund for the order as soon as possible. I’ll keep you updated and inform you as soon as I get confirmation that this is successful.
Please know that I will also be documenting this experience in a case here at our corporate office for internal review. I sincerely apologize for you experience and any disappointment it caused.
