Ordered delayed with no explanation and no means to cancel

I pre-ordered my phone on BestBuy.com, and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, but at this point it has not even left Best Buy’s warehouse, and no one can give me a logical reason why or refund my purchase so that I can get my device elsewhere. They are saying that I have to wait until September 29, and if not resolved by then I will be refunded, but I will still have to contact my carrier in order to get my account straightened out. I would like to just move away from this purchase and start anew, but Best Buy has been extremely unhelpful in this situation, is there an overriding customer care team that can get some answers to my issue?

In order to give you more details regarding your pre-order. I'm going to need some more information. Please send a private message, Blue button bottom right corner, I'll need the following:

 

  • Full name
  • Email
  • Phone number 
  • Order number, if you have it.
