Ordered a TV Online Then Decided To Get A Better Model-So Placed Two Orders

On the 26th of November I ordered a Samsung 75" UHD TV. {removed per forum guidelines}. It was too late to cancel so I went to the store to ask them what to do as we wanted a better QLED. I was told to refuse the first order and once the first TV was returned to the store I would recieve a refund and to go ahead and order the TV we now wanted. I did that and did receive the TV we wanted the next day-{removed per forum guidelines}. I am still wating for the refund. When I check the original order status it still says Out For Delivery which concerns me. I never signed for anything the first delivery. Do I just have to be pateint to get my refund? Thanks.
