Ordered A New Product-Recieved an Empty Open Box item

Placed an order for a new Sonos Roam Wireless charger. Received what appears to be a customer returned open retail box (seal broken) with BB security tape wrapped around the box. Opened the box to find only the manual packed and no wireless charger. How do I get what I ordered or a refund for this. I’ve purchased open items from BB before and gotten a discount. But not only did I pay full retail for this item, but I was shipped an open item with the product missing.

For the quickest resolution you could call 1-888-BESTBUY or go to a local store - they can help out with these things when you get a wrong order. A mod can help you too but be aware due to the volume of posts you may encounter a delay
