I placed an online order using 2 gift cards and my debit card yesterday, which was cancelled within 5 minutes by Best Buy. The funds have not been credited back to the two gift cards and it has been over 24 hours. I've called the support line 5-6 times and all they can say is "Call your bank". They're best buy gift cards. There is no bank.
The website says 30 minutes to refund gift cards due to cancelled orders and we're already past 24 hours. I see this happens frequently, based on other topics being posted here. Can someone please help me out, and, maybe someone should work on the call center scripts to keep people from getting bounced around?

It is always nice to welcome a new member to our online community, so I appreciate you joining us. Many customers use gift cards to make purchases, and we want that to be a simple experience, even when a cancellation or return is processed. If you have not yet received refunds for the portion of the order that was paid with the gift card you mentioned, I understand why you’d want this to be reviewed.
