Order way past due for delivery

I've had 2 Disney steelbooks that have been "out for delivery" according to the app since November 6 and when you click the tracking info it shows destination scan in my local city but nothing beyond that. Looks like it was supposed to be handed off from UPS to USPS at that point and never was. Just want to cancel or whatever else I can do since I decided to do ISPU for the 2 items.

Did you receive an error message when trying to message us? Usually clearing your browser’s cache and cookies then logging back in your forum profile should resolve the error. If that doesn’t fix the issue, please let me know!
