I placed an order a month ago. It was charged for it, and I was told it was shipped on March 18th. UPS Tracking number still says they never got it from Best Buy. Help chat was eliminated. I have tried calling several times but wait times are over 1 hour and I cannot do that. WTH? I cannot cancel order. BestBuy credit card will not allow me to dispute charge. Now Im paying interest on item I have never gotten!~

With the COVID-19 work restrictions, some of our support hours have been reduced. The chat is available at times when they have staff on hand, but most everything is being handled by the phone at 1-888-BestBuy. The wait times are also unfortunately longer that we'd like, but they're answering calls for things normally addressed in store as well as their own usual work load. Our online traffic has increased with everyone ordering from home, so that has also had an impact on the increased wait times. With all of that said, the 1-888-BestBuy number is the best course of action to resolve this.
