My order was cancelled, but the gift card credit never returned to me. When I used the check balance feature, it showed " The gift card number or PIN you entered is not valid. Please try again."
I already chatted with several agents, the first one said within 24 hours, and after 24 hours I chatted with another one who said the process takes 24-48 hours.

Welcome to our forums! Generally speaking, you should see your funds returned to your gift card shortly after your order is cancelled, so it’s disappointing to hear this has taken a bit longer than expected.
