My order was cancelled, but the gift card credit never returned to me. When I used the check balance feature, it showed " The gift card number or PIN you entered is not valid. Please try again."

I already chatted with several agents, the first one said within 24 hours, and after 24 hours I chatted with another one who said the process takes 24-48 hours.

Admin from here helped me with same situation. But they waited like 2 weeks before helping me. I can’t remember the exact time frame but it took weeks before getting my gift card back.

Welcome to our forums! Generally speaking, you should see your funds returned to your gift card shortly after your order is cancelled, so it’s disappointing to hear this has taken a bit longer than expected.

If you’re still not seeing funds on your gift card, feel free to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

• Your first and last name
• Your phone number
• Your email address
• Your 16-digit gift card number
