Hi, I am getting my order canceled.. I have a Visa card in Argentina and placed an order with 10780 Kempwood Dr. Houston, TX 77043 as billing address. My order was canceled seconds after receiving a confirmation email.
Could you please help me solving this?

While we assume all purchases made on BestBuy.com and at our store locations are meant for use within the United States, we do accept international credit cards as a method of payment. Customers must use our billing address (10780 Kempwood Dr., Houston, TX 77043) when placing the purchase to ensure we can process the payment and avoid an unnecessary cancellation. It sounds like you may have used that address though, so please know I’ll be following up with you via the private message you sent us the other day.
