I ordered a laptop on March 21st from bestbuy.com. The UPS tracking code for that package says its shiiped and arrived at the bestbuy store on the March 30th.
However the order status page says that it will be delayed until April 30th. I tried contacting the store directly but it just rings and no one answers. Im just fustrated and will like to get my purchase if its already in the store and I dont want to go to the store without talking to someone first bc of the current climate we are facing.

Finally got back to the store. Its been there for a WEEK but they still haveny marked it as recieved or "processed" it. They should offer this service if they cant do it properly.
MORAL OF THE STORY DONT DO STORE PICKUP OR SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.
