I thought I was ordering the steelbook 4k of Captain America Civil War but it was the non-steelbook and I tried to cancel it but it won't let me but I know it hasn't shipped yet and i'm trying to avoid spending the money on returning it

Not sure I agree with that. I see no way of avoiding them looking at your return policy

Seems like either way i'm gonna have to pay which I would prefer avoiding especially if the item hasn't even shipped yet.

Welcome to our community. It's been a while since I've purchased a DVD or Blu-ray disc, but there's no denying that a Steelbook makes collecting movies so much more enjoyable. I definitely understand wanting to cancel an order if you accidentally purchased the wrong item, and I am sorry if you have been unable to do so. Typically, most orders can only be cancelled within 30 minutes of checking out online, so the option to cancel may not be something that's available at this time.
If you'd like to return this movie once it arrives, you have a few options. You can return the item by mail, but since the reason for the return is not the result of a Best Buy error, any return shipping fees would be deducted from your refund. On the other hand, you are welcome to return this item to a Best Buy store as long as the packaging hasn't been opened, and you wouldn't be charged any return fees.
