To start, I would not have ordered this at all if it was not supposed to arrive today. There were other stores with better options, but they were not supposed to deliver as fast as this TV. So, I decided to go ahead and place the order with Best Buy as the TV was shown to arrive today. Even after placing the order, my account showed it would arrive by today, 6/19. I also still see an order status that shows "Shipped - Get it today." You guys really need to get your stuff together, why is it still showing me in some places to expect delivery today?
Anyways, now I can't even cancel. I have to wait for it to come? So, I think now I am going to regularly order stuff with "free shipping" and refuse the UPS delivery when it arrives. Guess who gets to eat all those return delivery fees? And I'll make sure they are extra heavy items in large boxes .
Way to go Best Buy! Haven't bought a thing from you in years, and now I probably never will again (well, nothing I will actually keep)! How hard is it to deliver on a promise. I'm guessing you printed the label yesterday to make it seem like it was on time, even though it was never going to make the UPS pickup. Which means I don't get the update until today, the day it's supposed to arrive, and can no longer cancel. I hope you guys go out of business here soon.
