I placed an order on bestbuy.com on the 5th. Usually my card gets charged right away. Not this time, I've tried calling support. Using chat with agent on Facebook to see what is going on. I can't through to anybody. The item I ordered isn't backordered and there's nothing wrong with my debit card. I called my bank first to see if it was on their in. It isn't.
Any help would be appreciated!

Welcome to Best Buy forum. I enjoy shopping online as it allows me to order anything that I may need without having to leave my couch. I understand how time sensitive your request was, as it can be alarming to see an order be stuck in status and not see it move forward.
