I placed an order online for Matte Silver Beat Solo 3s on Saturday afternoon 1/19/2019. Usually I order for pick up in store, but if I picked shipping I’d get them this week instead of next week. It said they’d be delivered by Jan 23rd. It is now Jan 22nd and is still preparing. I’d figure the status would be changed to shipped by now. I’ve never had a problem with Best Buy online or in store. Always got my orders on time or early than expected in store pick up or shipped. I just like to know what is going on. If it’s been delayed or not. Getting a new delivery date would be nice than me sitting here guessing what’s going on, worrying that my order got lost or messed up on the other end.
