Order still preparing

I ordered a pair of Beats on April 15th that were supposed to be delivered to me on the 16th, but it’s now the 17th and it still says it is preparing and I would like to know if I’m ever going to receive my order

Welcome to our community.  I used to own a pair of Beats headphones myself, and I honestly loved them!  I'm sure you're eager to get your hands on the new pair you just ordered, and I apologize for any ambiguity with your recent purchase.

I was told yesterday that my order would be cancelled and I would receive an exchange order for the Beats, but I have yet to see any update to the original order, so I was wondering if anything was going on with my Beats

Thanks for reaching back out on this.  I haven’t heard back from the store since I reached out on Thursday morning, so I just followed up with them again to request an update.  I’ll continue to monitor this throughout the day and see if there’s any way I can get things moving along.  As soon as I have any news to share, I’ll be sure to shoot you a private message.
