Order # {removed per forums guidelines}
I ordered a blender for my son, but it didn't show up. He was talking to your customer service department and said I had to be the one to make contact because I paid for it. I don't understand why this whole order is causing so much problems. He contacted Federal Express and your customer service team and this is still unresolved days later. Yes, I paid for it -it is a birthday gift. Is there any way to just pick it up in person at a store??? What else is needed to fix the situation? I see the charge on my account, but no product received and no resolution so far, not very happy, sorry

Most commonly this issue can be resolved by clearing your browser's cache and cookies. You may also want to ensure that you are not using a VPN or Ad blocker when accessing our forums, as this can cause issue.
