Order status

I ordered an Xbox one x on Oct 30th. From everything in the order details, I should be receiving it tomorrow by end of day. The problem is that it showing shipped on mybestbuy.com, but FedEx tracking shows "label printed awaiting FedEx pickup" and its been in the same place for two days. So I guess two question. 1. What is taking the order so long to be picked up. 2. Since tomorrow is out of the question, when will I be receiving it? One last thing, how long would it stay in "waiting for FedEx pickup" before someone at best buy try to figure out the package hasn't been picked up /shipped!

I am sorry to see you’re experiencing a delay on your Xbox One X. My son also experienced a delay on his and he almost lost it, so I understand the importance of this package to arrive on time. This said, you are in the right place. I will help you find it.
