I ordered a Raspberry Pi 4 kit back on Dec 05, 2021. I knew there was a shortage of this item, so didn't check back until a months later. The BestBuy website shows order Status: Shipped.
When I check the status of the FedEx Tracking number that was emailed to me it shows Label Created.
The item was never picked up by the carrier FedEx. BestBuy has charged me for this item, but never shipped it.
I am currently feeling like BestBuy took my money and will never deliver the promised item or a refund.
I have contacted customer service by phone multiple times. They don't have a button in their system to issue a refund after 30 days. They say that a back office incident will be opened and that I will receive an email with their findings. I have never been contacted for follow-up.
Moderators, please help me get a refund so that I don't have to feel like BestBuy stole $108 from me.
