Hello,
I placed an order for a Nintendo 2DS Mario Maker edition on 11/21. The item is showing that it has been shipped, but neither UPS or USPS are showing that they have received the item. I initially tried to cancel the order because my wife ended up purchasing one for our son the same day, so I was going to return this one to the store when I received it, but I obviously haven't gotten it yet. My Best Buy card has been charged.
If I can just cancel this order out and get my Best Buy card refunded, I would appreciate it. Just need some help.

Called customer service and they were able to issue me a refund on my order, case closed.
