Order shipping problem. BB won't answer call.

I made an order on on March 5. The order status shows the following status: "Awaiting UPS pickup Everything is packed and ready to go. Once UPS picks up the package, your shipping progress will be updated with more information." This has remain unchanged for weeks. I've been trying to call their toll free number EVERY day but I get a busy signal every time I'm transferred to a CS agent. I've ordered hundreds of items from Amazon and there is rarely a problem and if there is they are very easy to reach and fix the problem. This rare time I ordered from BB and I feel helpless and beyond frustrated. Anyone know how to directly reach BB or better yet can a Best Buy member assist me? Thanks in advance.

Well, the order just happened to arrive today, so everything worked out on its own Someone from BB did send private messages and there seem to be some people with good customer service skills working there. It's just strange that I had to search out an obscure online forum, create an account and hope for a reply. It would be much better if they could be more easily reached by phone or instant chat from their main website. OH well.
