Order sent to wrong address

I don’t know how it happened, but my order from today is going to the wrong address. It has not shipped yet, obviously, but I cannot change the address on my order, and I called Support and they can’t change it either. It is insane that I can’t change an order that was only placed a few hours ago.

I know that I can wait until the item goes to the wrong address and gets stolen, then have another one sent, but wouldn’t it make more sense to just send it to the right place to begin with?

Thanks for taking the time to connect with us about this! We completely understand how important it is to ensure that your order is going to the proper address. 

 

As per our Cancel Your Order page, orders can generally be cancelled or modified within 30 minutes from placing the order. Same day delivery orders may not be eligible to cancel within 30 minutes due to the order being shipped as soon as possible. Outside of this time frame, we may not be able to edit your order.

 

While we cannot make any specific promises, we would love to take a closer look at the details of your order to see if we are able to update it.
