Order {removed per forum guidelines}

The order number was {removed per forum guidelines} Total:$42.39
 
This product did not last long I was led to believe it would have when I intially purchased it. Bought it to make coffee so its one less stop in the morning, then it just stops working. Went to Best Buy for help, they gave none, tried to contact the manufacture and after multiple attempt with a large amount of time, I finally got someone on the phone and they mentioned that I should contact the point of purchase. 
 
All my attempts were to no avail in getting help. No help, nothing at all.Please help with my issue.

At least on amazon you can chat or they can call you on the issue and many times offer refund or amazon credit
