Order #{removed per forum guidelines}

Good Evening,

When I ordered this item it said that I would get it the next day which is today (February 8, 2020). It’s now the end of the day, and the item never arrived. I’m not sure if it even shipped. The tracking number doesn’t pull up anything, and on the website it says it’s waiting on FedEx.

My question is was there a delay? I ordered it figuring the guaranteed delivery date was going to be kept.

Any help you can provide would be appreciated.
