Order {removed per forum guidelines}

I never received a refund for this order. The installer never even came to my home. I called the phone number provided, and was told the order was cancelled. I saw no change in status with the order online. So, I inquired over 5 chat sessions what was going on with my order. I was promised that the refund would begin processing in 24 hours. On the 5th chat today, I'm told that no refund has been submitted, and the order never cancelled. Additionally, I was told today that it will be 7-10 business days to process the cancellation. UNACCEPTABLE. Clearly the order cannot be in progress when it ws scheduled for last week. All of this is unacceptable, and a waste of my time. I need my money returned for services NOT rendered, or I will file a fraud report with my bank.
