Attn. Customer Service

 

I am writing with regard to the above order.  The tracking says delivered on 1/9/19--however, I did not receive the package.  I have checked with neighbors and nobody has it or has seen it.  I am on social security and am buying this for my granddaughter.  I need to have the item reshipped or receive a refund on the product.  Thank you in advance for your help and consideration.   PS  I have contacted Best buy with emails and have received not response.  Thank you.

I emailed with personal information and have received no response.  I am still out the $159.00 and have no product.  can somebody at Best Buy please take care of this matter.
