Purchased an eero - (Mesh WiFi System (1 eero + 1 eero Beacon), 2nd Generation - White

Model:M010201 SKU:5873519) 6 days ago on line. Two day shipping also. Still not here, but Best Buy has charged my card for the purchase. When I track the order I'm told (by USPS) that a shipping label has been produced, but that's all. If it is out of stock just tell me and I will do something else. You have my $, but I don't have your product. And trying to talk to a human is impossible. Very poor customer service.
