Order problem: "Delayed" item



I placed a multi-item order some time ago; all of the items were shipped and delivered on different dates with no issue, except for the final item which was “delayed” on the day it was supposed to be shipped.

(A UPS label was created, but Best Buy has still not tendered the item.)


It’s been well over one week now, and there’s been no change or update whatsoever; could you please look into this?
